12 Days of Nick Jr.

 
 

Every year around the holidays,

Nickelodeon gets in holiday spirit by launching their biggest sweepstakes campaign of the year: 12 Days of Nick Jr. Yes, that means 12 days of exciting prizes and surprises. With that comes a large deal of preparation from the landing page to social promotion to email communication. We decided to make theme about our characters exchanging gifts and enjoying the holiday season together.

My responsibility was to create the sweepstakes website, emails, website promotion, gmail ads, creating all of the prize tiles for the website, and a photoshoot that showed a handful of the prizes through fun gifs that were displayed across social. Get in the holiday spirit and take a look!

For the website, I created a modular system that allowed for each section to be stackable and interchangeable. This proved to be helpful when we began to build out the different pages: landing page, thank you, no luck, coming soon, and sweeps is over. Sticking to the present theme, each module was designed as a gift and the starry background subtly moved for a fun starry night effect.

Similar to the mobile website experience, the emails used the same modular system of stackable presents. This made for desktop and mobile friendly emails with one version that worked across all devices. We used Movable Inks technology to create a timer that counted down in real time as it lived on in your inbox.
